Overview
A brand new model released in the summer of 2021, the Chronomaster Original is nearly identical to the vintage A386 El Primero it is inspired by, sharing the same case design, proportions, and iconic tri-color dial. The primary differences are a series of modern upgrades including the use of a sapphire crystal, Super-LumiNova, an exhibition case back, a high-frequency movement that can measure up to 1/10th of a second, and for this particular reference a new stainless steel bracelet with polished center links. This watch has been a very popular release and is difficult to find in stock with authorized dealers due to demand and slower production rates. Case: The case shows practically no signs of wear and the crystal is clean and scratch-free.
Dial, Hands, & Crystal: The dial and hands are pristine with no imperfections and fully functioning Super-LumiNova. The front and rear sapphire crystals are perfect and scratch-free.
Bracelet/Strap: The bracelet is in great condition but does have hairlines and scuffs present on a few of the polished center links. Plastic protective stickers are present on the clasp.
Performance
Functions: All functions including the crown-winding, time-setting, date-setting, and chronograph start/stop/reset are working as expected.
